To ensure a smooth booking experience and to secure your stay at the discounted event rate, please carefully review the instructions below. Due to European Data Protection Laws, the hotel booking process differs from typical U.S. practices.

Step-by-Step Booking Process

1. Reserve via the Official Link

   1. Begin your hotel booking through our official event booking page.

   2. Once you select your room, you will receive a secure payment link via email from: 👉 [email protected]

   3. IMPORTANT: Your reservation is not confirmed until full payment is completed via this secure link.

2. Complete Payment Promptly

   1. Follow the link to pre-pay for your entire stay using a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or other accepted payment methods.

   2. If payment is not completed, your reservation will be cancelled and returned to the room block. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival: One night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• Cancel within 7 days of arrival: The full pre-paid amount is non-refundable.

• No-shows and early departures are also non-refundable.
