Chiara McKee is Vice President, EMEA Global Channels and Streaming at Blue Ant Media, where she is responsible for growing the company’s portfolio of PayTV and streaming channels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Chiara’s remit includes growing the reach of Blue Ant Media’s growing FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) business across the region, in which she oversees a portfolio of eight FAST channels and, since 2020, has led the rollout of more than 150 FAST channel streams across Europe and the Middle East, working with leading platform partners to expand the company’s presence across connected TV and PayTV ecosystems.
Chiara’s PayTV portfolio includes the company’s flagship wildlife and nature brand, Love Nature, which under her leadership has expanded its footprint across the region from zero distribution to carriage in more than 80 countries. In addition to Love Nature, Chiara has overseen the international rollout of two additional linear PayTV channels, further strengthening Blue Ant Media’s global channel offering.
With over two decades of experience in the television and streaming industries, Chiara specializes in building strategic partnerships with major broadcasters and pay-TV operators. Her work focuses on bringing high-quality factual and lifestyle content to global audiences through a mix of traditional broadcast, on-demand, and FAST channel distribution models.
Chiara originally joined Blue Ant Media in 2015 as Director of International Marketing for Love Nature, where she played a key role in building the brand’s global profile and supporting its international distribution strategy. Prior to joining Blue Ant Media, Chiara was Director of International Marketing & Operations at TRACE Television, where she led the launch of Trace Sports Stars. Earlier in her career, Chiara held senior management roles at NBCUniversal and BT TV. During this time, she helped launch NBCUniversal’s first international streaming service, PictureBox, which laid the groundwork for the Hayu platform. She also played a key role in launching BT Vision (now EE TV), the telecom operator’s IPTV service for the UK market.
