Dan Clays is Chief Executive Officer in EMEA for Omnicom Media, the world’s largest media agency network. Omnicom Media comprises of 15,000 people across 60+ markets in EMEA, working with a prestigious roster of global, regional and local brands including Apple, McDonalds, VWG, Chanel, Mercedes, Diageo, and Nike.
Dan oversees OM’s full agency portfolio in the region — Initiative, OMD, PHD, UM, Hearts & Science, and Mediahub – all focused on driving business growth for brands through the power of innovate multi-channel media planning and investment. OM services also incorporate a broad range of specialist disciplines, including sports marketing agency Fuse, commerce leaders Flywheel, and data, identity and analytics specialists Acxiom.
Dan brings 30 years’ experience in the media and advertising industry and in 2025 was the President of the Media Lions at Cannes International Festival of Creativity.
