Kerry Ball is EVP for BD & Partnerships in BBC Studios Global Channel and Streaming focusing on Strategy & Commercial Partnerships for Britbox Nordics and Britbox Australia, as well as identifying growth opportunities for GC&S.  Kerry first joined BBC’s BritBox in 2022 as Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, after an entrepreneurial period founding/contributing to 3 Start-Ups, Aurra Studios (Podcasting Studio), Loud Minds (TV Production Company) and leading Commercial Partnerships of the ground-breaking Aggregation Start-up, Struum.

Kerry is a seasoned digital and entertainment executive who has held senior leadership positions at Discovery Networks International, NBC Universal, and Shine International. She has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of media and technology across the distribution and content value chain launching the first EST services, SVOD licensing services and Amazon Channel services across Europe. She is passionate about evolving and leveraging digital platforms to create, produce, and monetise content across their value chain and into future formats.   

Kerry holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as an MA degree in Economics and Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.
