Henning Brinkmann is Head of EMEA Audiovisual Rights at Bundesliga International GmbH, where he oversees overall market development, media rights distribution, and broadcast partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With more than a decade experience in international sports media and commercial strategy, he plays a key role in expanding the Bundesliga’s global footprint and driving long-term value through innovative rights and partnership models, as well as integrated marketing and promotional activities.

Henning holds degrees in General Management, Sports Management and Communication, and International Marketing from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, German Sports University and Rheinische Fachhochschule, complemented by courses at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Griffith University. His expertise spans media trends, cross-border partnerships and the evolving global sports broadcasting landscape.
