A seasoned video streaming expert with over 20 years of experience, Ian has built deep expertise in customer engagement, QoE management, and revenue growth across global and emerging markets. He has led international teams, scaled regional operations from the ground up, and helped media and technology companies deliver high-quality streaming experiences for major live and on-demand events.
Prior to joining MainStreaming, he served at Conviva, expanding the business into new sectors such as Retail, Travel, and Gaming. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Multimedia Systems and is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
