Jo is the founder of Futrhood Media, a consultancy that helps sports and entertainment brands build fan engagement strategies across YouTube, Roblox, TikTok, and broadcast. She advises organisations including The Premier League, The R&A and ITV Studios on how to reach young audiences through platform-native content and distribution. A former producer with experience at WWE and BBC Children's, Jo brings a unique perspective on how younger audiences discover and engage with sports content. She co-hosts The Attention Shift and Kids Media Club and podcasts and is a regular contributor to the MIP Blog.
