Bio:
Kerensa Samanidis is the General Manager for BBC iPlayer where she oversees strategy, growth and business operations of the service. Over a 25-year career in digital media, she has focused on driving growth and innovation for both public and commercial media organizations. Before the BBC, Kerensa worked with Channel 4 to develop its international streaming business and in her earlier career, devised PlayStation’s first video-on-demand strategy in the early 2000s. She has held leadership roles at WarnerMedia, AMC Networks, and the BFI, launching and managing a range of international streaming services.
