Tal Bonfis is the founder of BalanceTech, the first marketing agency built exclusively for CTV publishers. With over a decade of experience in programmatic and performance advertising, Tal bridges the gap between CTV and performance marketing, bringing measurable growth, user acquisition, and accountability into a space traditionally driven by brand awareness. His long-term vision is to build the first DSP dedicated to CTV publishers.
Tal has held executive roles including CEO and COO, leading international teams and helping launch CTV-focused businesses and monetization initiatives. He was also part of the leadership journey that culminated in a 2019 acquisition by a U.S. media group.
